Nesse sentido, diversas revis\u00f5es sistem\u00e1ticas e metan\u00e1lises de ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados relataram efeitos positivos do treinamento com exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bios para diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o arterial (PA) em repouso e ambulatorial. Apesar disso, pouco se sabe sobre os efeitos do exerc\u00edcio na PA com diferentes combina\u00e7\u00f5es das vari\u00e1veis que comp\u00f5e o princ\u00edpio FITT (isto \u00e9, frequ\u00eancia, intensidade, tempo, tipo) nos indiv\u00edduos pr\u00e9- e hipertensos.<\/p><p><strong>PROBLEMA<\/strong>:<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Dentro do contexto da prescri\u00e7\u00e3o do exerc\u00edcio h\u00e1 algumas evid\u00eancias suportadas por metan\u00e1lises que o treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (em ingl\u00eas, HIIT) \u00e9 superior ao treinamento cont\u00ednuo de moderada intensidade (em ingl\u00eas, MICT) na melhora da aptid\u00e3o cardiorrespirat\u00f3ria em pacientes com doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares (por exemplo, cora\u00e7\u00e3o coron\u00e1rio doen\u00e7a, insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca), al\u00e9m de melhorar a dilata\u00e7\u00e3o mediada por fluxo em indiv\u00edduos com fun\u00e7\u00e3o vascular comprometida. Por\u00e9m, parece n\u00e3o haver nenhuma revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica comparando os efeitos de HIIT versus MICT na PA em indiv\u00edduos com hipertens\u00e3o pr\u00e9-estabelecida.<\/p><p><strong>OBJETIVO:<\/strong><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Comparar a efic\u00e1cia do HIIT versus MICT para reduzir a PA em repouso e ambulatorial em adultos pr\u00e9- e hipertensos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" aria-expanded=\"false\">How was the problem studied?<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1473\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p align=\"justify\">A presente revis\u00e3o incluiu adultos (\u2265 18 anos) com pr\u00e9- ou hipertens\u00e3o estabelecida. Os estudos realizados com indiv\u00edduos com outros fatores de risco (por exemplo, colesterol alto, sobrepeso, obesidade, pr\u00e9-diabetes, etc.) ou doen\u00e7as cardiometab\u00f3licas conhecidas (por exemplo, diabetes tipo 2, doen\u00e7as coron\u00e1rias doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas, insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca etc.) foram eleg\u00edveis para inclus\u00e3o. Somente interven\u00e7\u00f5es de HIIT ou de MICT que inclu\u00edram um m\u00ednimo de 4 semanas de treinamento foram eleg\u00edveis para a an\u00e1lise. Regimes de treinamento que inclu\u00edam uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de HIIT ou MICT e treinamento resistido ou interven\u00e7\u00f5es nutricionais n\u00e3o foram inclu\u00eddos. A PA em repouso e \/ ou PA ambulatorial foram os desfechos prim\u00e1rios dessa revis\u00e3o.
