Logo, diretrizes nacionais e internacionais recomendam o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico como estrat\u00e9gia n\u00e3o farmacol\u00f3gica para preven\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria e secund\u00e1ria da HAS. Por exemplo, h\u00e1 recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de Classe I e evid\u00eancias de N\u00edvel B de que 150 min semanais atividade f\u00edsica oferece uma alternativa que pode ser usada para complementar a medica\u00e7\u00e3o anti-hipertensiva no controle da press\u00e3o arterial (PA). Por outro lado, os efeitos do treinamento f\u00edsico podem variar de acordo com o tipo [aer\u00f3bio (ExA) vs. for\u00e7a (ExF) vs. isom\u00e9trico (ExIso) vs. concorrente (ExC)], intensidade, dura\u00e7\u00e3o, follow-up, e frequ\u00eancia semanal do exerc\u00edcio.<\/p><p><strong>PROBLEMA<\/strong>:<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Permanece desconhecido a melhor estrat\u00e9gia para prescri\u00e7\u00e3o do exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico com fins na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da PA, bem como os seus efeitos a depender do estado de sa\u00fade dos indiv\u00edduos (normotensos vs. pr\u00e9-hipertensos vs. hipertensos).<\/p><p><strong>OBJETIVO:<\/strong><\/p><p align=\"justify\">(1) Conduzir uma metan\u00e1lise de ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados para comparar os efeitos do ExA, ExF, ExIso e ExC sobre a magnitude de mudan\u00e7a na PA em popula\u00e7\u00f5es subcl\u00ednicas; (2) Examinar se a magnitude da mudan\u00e7a na PA \u00e9 diferente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao sexo, idade e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da PA; e (3) Examinar se as magnitudes de mudan\u00e7a na PA s\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0s caracter\u00edsticas metodol\u00f3gicas dos programas de exerc\u00edcios.<\/p><p><strong>HIP\u00d3TESE<\/strong>:<\/p><p align=\"justify\">O ExA ser\u00e1 o tipo de exerc\u00edcio com maior impacto na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da PA.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" aria-expanded=\"false\">How was the problem studied?<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1473\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1473\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p align=\"justify\">Foram inclu\u00eddos 93 ensaios cl\u00ednicos na metan\u00e1lise, totalizando 153 grupos de indiv\u00edduos (ou seja, 105 ExA, 29 de ExF, 5 ExIso e 14 de ExC). Dos grupos inclu\u00eddos, 47 possu\u00eda PA normal (29 do ExA, 12 do ExF, 2 do ExIso e 4 do ExC); 73 era formado por indiv\u00edduos pr\u00e9-hipertensos (50 do ExA, 13 do\u00a0 ExF, 2 do ExIso e 8 do ExC); e 33 grupos foram formados por indiv\u00edduos hipertensos (26 do ExA, 4 do ExF, 1 do ExIso e 2 do ExC). O tempo de interven\u00e7\u00e3o do exerc\u00edcio variou de 4 a 52 semanas.
